Description

This Chamomile Citrus Iced Tea is a calming, citrusy infusion made with floral chamomile tea and bright lemon and orange juice. Naturally caffeine-free and lightly sweetened, it’s the perfect refreshment for hot days or a relaxing evening sip.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 chamomile tea bags (or ¼ cup dried chamomile flowers)
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Ice, for serving
  • Garnish: orange slices, lemon wheels, fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steep Tea: Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add chamomile tea bags and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Sweeten: Remove tea bags and stir in honey while tea is still warm. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Add Citrus: Stir in fresh orange juice and lemon juice. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with citrus slices and mint if desired.

Notes
