Description

A sweet and cozy fall sangria featuring crisp apples, caramel, and white wine. Perfect for autumn gatherings, brunches, or a festive drink for holiday parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle white wine (750 ml, such as Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/2 cup caramel liqueur (or caramel syrup)
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Sparkling water or soda (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, caramel liqueur, brandy, and apple cider. Stir well.
  2. Add apple and pear slices, then sprinkle in cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, add ice cubes and a splash of sparkling water or soda if desired.
  5. Serve chilled in glasses, garnished with apple slices or a drizzle of caramel.

Notes

For extra flair, drizzle a bit of caramel on the inside of the glasses before pouring the sangria. Non-alcoholic version: use apple juice instead of wine and skip brandy.
