- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Cheesecake Layer:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Apple Layer:
- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Streusel Topping:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make crust: Combine flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Prepare cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Spread over warm crust.
- Apple layer: Toss diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon evenly over cheesecake layer.
- Streusel topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until center is set. Cool completely.
- Finish & serve: Drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing into bars.
Notes
For extra indulgence, use homemade salted caramel sauce. Store bars in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
