- Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Apple Layer:
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until creamy. Spread over cooled crust.
- Toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Evenly layer apples over cheesecake mixture.
- In a bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and cheesecake is set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours before slicing.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. For extra indulgence, top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
