    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

 

  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until creamy. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Evenly layer apples over cheesecake mixture.
  5. In a bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
