  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup assorted candy bars, chopped (Snickers, Reese’s, M&M’s, KitKats, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for extra fudginess)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until combined.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold until just combined — do not overmix.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips if using. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle chopped candy evenly over the top and gently press them into the batter.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until edges are set but the center is slightly fudgy. Do not overbake.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares for neat slices.
