- 1 lb steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

- Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips 3–4 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, cheddar, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
- Return steak tips to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
- Add cooked rigatoni and stir to coat evenly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use extra Cajun seasoning for more heat or add diced bell peppers for a colorful twist. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 2 days.
