Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into portions
  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Season seafood: Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper over salmon fillets and shrimp.
  2. Sear seafood: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque; remove and set aside.
  3. Make garlic cream sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Combine and serve: Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and heat gently 1–2 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  5. Serve hot with rice, pasta, or vegetables.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference. You can also substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce, though it will be less rich.
