- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into portions
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

- Season seafood: Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper over salmon fillets and shrimp.
- Sear seafood: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque; remove and set aside.
- Make garlic cream sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Combine and serve: Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and heat gently 1–2 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference. You can also substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce, though it will be less rich.
