These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are spicy, tangy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for game day, parties, or family dinners, they combine tender shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, topped with creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing on soft slider buns.

- 12 slider buns
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Optional: sliced pickles, lettuce, or celery for topping
- Butter for brushing buns
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Slice slider buns in half and place on a baking sheet. Lightly butter the cut sides.
- Layer chicken on the bottom half of each bun, drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Place the top buns on the sliders.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
- Optional: add sliced pickles, lettuce, or celery before serving.
Notes
These sliders can be made ahead and baked just before serving. For milder sliders, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
