Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough or biscuit dough
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking eggs
  • Optional: chopped green onions or herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to dough package instructions and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Scramble eggs in a skillet with butter, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.
  3. Open the dough and separate into individual triangles or pieces.
  4. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, cheese, and optional meat on each piece of dough.
  5. Roll up the dough around the filling and place on the baking sheet, seam side down.
  6. Bake according to dough package directions or until golden brown, about 12โ€“15 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm. Garnish with herbs if desired.
