These Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms are rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Perfect as an appetizer for parties, holidays, or gatherings, they combine earthy mushrooms with herbed Boursin cheese and a golden breadcrumb topping for a bite-sized crowd-pleaser.

- 16 large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set caps aside and finely chop stems.
- In a bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems with Boursin cheese, panko, olive oil, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to fill.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
These mushrooms can be prepped ahead of time and baked just before serving. For extra flavor, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
