Description

These Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms are rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Perfect as an appetizer for parties, holidays, or gatherings, they combine earthy mushrooms with herbed Boursin cheese and a golden breadcrumb topping for a bite-sized crowd-pleaser.

  • 16 large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set caps aside and finely chop stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems with Boursin cheese, panko, olive oil, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to fill.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

These mushrooms can be prepped ahead of time and baked just before serving. For extra flavor, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
