- 1 bottle white wine (750 ml, such as Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay)
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Sparkling water or ginger ale (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, bourbon, orange liqueur, and apple cider. Stir well.
- Add apple, pear, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add ice cubes and a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale if desired.
- Serve chilled in glasses, making sure each serving includes some fruit.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup or honey if needed. For a spicier twist, add a few slices of fresh ginger.
