Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine (750 ml, such as Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Sparkling water or ginger ale (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, bourbon, orange liqueur, and apple cider. Stir well.
  2. Add apple, pear, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, add ice cubes and a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale if desired.
  5. Serve chilled in glasses, making sure each serving includes some fruit.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup or honey if needed. For a spicier twist, add a few slices of fresh ginger.
