- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1–2 tsp lemon juice

- Prepare blueberry swirl: In a small saucepan, heat blueberries with lemon juice over medium heat until softened. Mash slightly or blend for a smoother puree. Let cool.
- Mix yogurt base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Assemble bites: In silicone molds or mini muffin tin lined with paper cups, spoon a layer of yogurt, then a layer of blueberry puree. Repeat for a marbled effect.
- Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the layers.
- Freeze for at least 2–3 hours until firm.
- Pop out of molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
You can substitute any fruit puree for blueberries, such as raspberry or strawberry. For a creamier bite, fold in a little cream cheese or coconut cream with the yogurt.
