- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup cold sparkling water or lemon soda

- Finish & serve: Just before serving, stir in sparkling water or lemon soda. Serve over ice in wine glasses.
Notes
For extra flavor, gently muddle a few blueberries before chilling. Adjust sweetness depending on your wine choice. For a lighter version, use extra sparkling water and reduce syrup. Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
