Instructions

- Prepare cake batter and fill each liner 2/3 full.

- Prepare frosting by beating butter until smooth, gradually adding powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Tint frosting pink for a brain effect.
- Pipe frosting in a brain-like swirl pattern on top of each cupcake.
- Drizzle red gel icing over the frosting to mimic blood for a realistic effect.
- Optional: add candy eyes or edible decorations to enhance the spooky look.
