- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Prepare zucchini: Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in an even layer in the baking dish.
- Add garlic & cream: In a small bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Pour evenly over zucchini.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar evenly over the top.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish & serve: Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream and reduce cheese slightly. This dish pairs beautifully with grilled meats or pasta.
