- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Fold in crushed freeze-dried berries and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing cookies apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep cookies soft and chewy. Freeze-dried berries give the best flavor without adding moisture.
