These Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders are soft Hawaiian rolls layered with smoky ham and melty Swiss cheese, brushed with a savory buttery glaze. Quick to assemble and always a hit at parties, potlucks, or casual family meals.

- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or slider buns)
- 12 slices ham (deli or leftover baked ham)
- 6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Poppy seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Prep the Oven & Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased or lined baking dish.
- Layer Sliders: Arrange ham slices evenly over the bottom rolls. Top with cheese slices. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush & Bake: Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds if using. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden and melty.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm!
Notes
Feel free to swap in turkey, roast beef, or any cheese you like. These sliders can be assembled ahead and baked when ready. For extra crispiness, bake uncovered the entire time.
