These Bacon Crackers are the perfect combination of salty, sweet, and crispy. Made with buttery crackers, brown sugar, and smoky bacon, they make an irresistible appetizer or snack for holidays, parties, and game days.

- 1 sleeve buttery crackers (such as Club crackers)
- 10–12 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for heat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the rack.
- Place a piece of bacon on top of each cracker.
- Sprinkle each with brown sugar and a pinch of cayenne if desired.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and sugar is caramelized.
- Let cool slightly before serving—they will firm up as they cool.
Notes
These can be made ahead of time and reheated at 250°F (120°C) for a few minutes before serving. For added flavor, use thick-cut peppered bacon or a mix of white and brown sugar.
