- 8 oz egg noodles or pasta of choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped pickles or green onions for garnish

- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving some bacon fat in the skillet.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the beef and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked noodles and milk, mixing well to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and stir until melted and creamy.
- Stir in cooked bacon pieces, reserving a few for garnish if desired.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with pickles or green onions.

You can use any pasta you like. For extra cheesiness, top with more shredded cheese before serving.
