- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Dry shake: Add gin, lemon juice, apple cider, maple syrup, egg white, and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice for 10–15 seconds.
- Shake with ice: Add ice cubes and shake again until well chilled and frothy.
- Strain: Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish: Top with an apple slice or a cinnamon stick for a seasonal touch.
