Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz apple cider
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • 1 egg white (or aquafaba for vegan)
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slice or cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dry shake: Add gin, lemon juice, apple cider, maple syrup, egg white, and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice for 10–15 seconds.
  2. Shake with ice: Add ice cubes and shake again until well chilled and frothy.
  3. Strain: Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  4. Garnish: Top with an apple slice or a cinnamon stick for a seasonal touch.

Notes
