- 2 apples, peeled and diced

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until tender.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cook for 5–7 minutes, until the apples are soft and caramelized.
- Slice the baked sweet potatoes open and gently fluff the inside with a fork.
- Top each with the warm spiced apple mixture, drizzle with maple syrup, and sprinkle with pecans.
