- 1 large apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), julienned
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, julienned apple, and shredded carrot.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
