- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Shape the mixture into evenly sized hamburger steaks and place them in a lightly greased baking dish.
