  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized hamburger steaks and place them in a lightly greased baking dish.
