- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

- Optional: dipping sauce like ranch or spicy aioli

- Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels.
- Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder; one bowl with beaten eggs; one bowl with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each pickle slice in flour, then dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press crumbs gently to adhere.
- Place breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. For extra crispiness, double coat pickles by repeating the egg and breadcrumb step.
