- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Optional: diced bell peppers or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the cubed bread evenly in the dish.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese over the bread.
